Dr. Daekyo Jung is a Senior Principal Research Engineer, Korea Telecom R&D Center (2002~) and a Visiting Scholar of University of California at San Diego (2015-2016). He received his BA and the MS degrees from University of Seoul both in Wireless Communication and Ph.D degree in the department of Future City Convergence Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU),
His research interests include IoT, big Data, Smartgrid/Microgrid and Smart cites. Dr. Jung lead the several project Detroit Guardian Building Energy Management System, U.S (2012), Korea Micro Grid Project (2012-2011), VTT Smart Eco Campus Project, Finland(2011-2013), Smart Grid Pilot Project in Jeju, South Korea (2009-2013)
