Colleen Josephson is a Senior Research Scientist in the Office of the CTO at VMware. Her research interests include wireless communication and sensing systems, with a focus on technologies to enable and improve sustainable practices. She chairs the Societal and Economic Needs Working Group and co-chairs the GreenG Working Group within the ATIS NextG Alliance, which aims to position North America as the global leader in societally and environmentally sustainable next-generation mobile networks.
Colleen completed her PhD in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, and was recently named a 2022 N2Women Rising Star in Networking in Communications.
